Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays from our factory in Uganda) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships from our factory in Uganda.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control are possible. We will provide frequent updates about your order and appreciate your patience in this situation.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer €20 flat rate shipping per unit of product to retailers that order products above €800 units at a time.
Free shipping thresholds are offered for orders over €1000. You can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table for multiple shipping options.
Local delivery (from our factory in Uganda)
Local delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Local delivery from our on-site store (located at 125A Gabba Road, Kampala, Uganda, 4364615) or one of our retail partner stores is free and will be listed as in-store pickup at checkout.
Local delivery gives you a chance to skip the shipping fees with free collection from one of our retail partners. Please note that in-store pickup hours depend entirely on the operating hours of our retail partners and the store you choose to collect from.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to countries in:
- Europe
- North America
- Japan
- Africa
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Your tax payments will be included at checkout and clearly visible to you before completing your purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@zetubags.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
