What makes Zetu Bags different from other backpack brands?
Our bags aren’t just accessories, they’re change makers. Every Zetu Bag is handcrafted in Uganda using locally sourced, vibrant fabrics. Each one funds a SeatPack (a schoolbag that becomes a classroom seat) for a child in need. That’s what we call fashion with impact.
What does ‘Zetu’ mean?
“Zetu” means “ours” in Swahili. Our bags belong to a bigger story of shared purpose, community, and positive change. When you carry Zetu, you carry a piece of that with you.
Are your bags water resistant?
Yes, not all of them. You will have to check the labelling on the individual bag. Our bags are designed for everyday adventures, rain, shine, and the occasional coffee spill. For extra care, you can use a protective spray to keep your bag looking its best.
What materials are used in your bags?
We use durable, artisan-selected fabrics sourced in Uganda, chosen for their strength, style, and cultural heritage. Our designs celebrate functionality with flair.
How do I care for my Zetu Bag?

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Zetu Bags are loved in the UK, EU, US, and beyond. Orders ship within 3–5 business days and international delivery options are available at checkout.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer standard and express shipping. Rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout—no surprises.
How can I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link in your inbox. Didn’t get it? Just drop us a line at support@zetubags.com
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If we haven’t packed it yet, we can usually make changes get in touch quickly with your order number and new address.
What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
We’ve got your back. If anything goes wrong, email us and we’ll make it right whether that means replacing your bag or issuing a refund.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Just email support@zetubags.com to get started.
Can I exchange my bag for a different colour or style?
Yes, if it’s in stock and within the return window. We’ll guide you through it.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Custom or personalised items are final sale unless they arrive damaged. We’ll always stand behind the quality of our work.
Who covers return shipping costs?
If we made a mistake, we’ll cover it. For other returns, customers cover return shipping.
How long does it take to process a return or refund?
Once we receive the item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and refund to your original payment method.
