Here is what you need to know about how we process and ship your order:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped from our factory in Uganda, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email.
Shipping Destinations
We are proud to ship our unique bags from Uganda to customers worldwide. We currently offer shipping to:
- The UK
- Countries within the European Union
- Countries within North America
- Japan
- Countries within Africa

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your order. These charges will be displayed clearly during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over 1000. This threshold applies to countries within the UK.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the order date. Please remember that processing time (1-3 business days) should be added to the estimated shipping time.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Uganda (Domestic): Typically 2 – 5 business days
- East Africa: Typically 5 – 10 business days
- Other African Countries: Typically 10 – 20 business days
- Europe: Typically 10 – 20 business days
- North America: Typically 15 – 25 business days
- Japan: Typically 15 – 25 business days
- Other International Destinations: Estimates will be provided at checkout based on location, typically ranging from 15 – 30 business days.
Please note these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may be longer due to factors such as customs processing, local postal service delays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update.
Potential Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, issues with postal or courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures.
We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays to your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
Orders shipped to destinations outside of Uganda may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost calculated at checkout.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please be aware that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Local Pickup (Kampala, Uganda)
If you are located in Kampala, Uganda, you can choose the free local pickup option at checkout to collect your order directly.
- Pickup Location: You can select pickup from our factory store located at: 125A Gabba Road, Kampala, Uganda, 4364615 (This will be listed as “In-Store Pickup” or similar at checkout)
- Retail Partner Pickup: You may also have the option to select free pickup from one of our retail partner stores in Kampala, if available. The available locations will be shown at checkout.
- Pickup Hours: Please note that pickup hours depend entirely on the operating hours of the specific pickup location you choose (either our factory store or a retail partner). You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Issues with Your Order
- Missing or Delayed Order: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, or within 7-10 business days past the maximum estimated delivery time for your destination (allowing for potential delays), please contact us at
