We want you to love your Zetu Africa bag. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that items bought on final sale are eligible for exchange only.

Full-grain leather is the highest quality grade of leather. It comes from the top layer of the hide and includes all the natural grain, making it incredibly strong and durable. Unlike cheaper leathers, it develops a beautiful, unique patina over time, meaning your bag will get better with age.

How do I care for my Zetu Africa bag?

For Canvas: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing. For Leather: Wipe with a dry cloth. To maintain its quality, you can use a quality leather conditioner once or twice a year. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and water.

How large is the Explorer Bag? What can it fit?

As a general guide, our Explorer Bag is designed for daily adventure and typically fits a 15-inch laptop, a water bottle, and other daily essentials. Our Change Maker bag is a more compact companion, perfect for your wallet, phone, keys, and a tablet.
